Indoors

Each customer in rooms or renting the suites must leave a deposit to cover possible damage caused to the valuable furnishings of the properties which will be returned upon departure. The rooms can be rented starting from two nights. Payments are welcome by credit card, debit card and euros in cash; other currencies are not accepted. Given the characteristics of the site, residence for children under 14 is not allowed, smoking is not possible inside the castle and the wood-burning fireplaces can only be lit in the winter season for a fee and under the responsibility of the applicant.

Outdoors

Mountain bikes can be rented and require the payment of a deposit; cyclists must provide their own helmet. Smoking is not allowed outside from May to September, due to the density of the trees, which easily catch fire. There are no exceptions to the smoking ban around the swimming pool. Walking in the centuries-old oak forest near the pond and in the pine forest are permitted but it is advisable to follow the marked paths. Responsibility will fall on those guests who choose not to follow the indicated paths since the wild natural habitat we want to preserve is insidious and includes uneven ground, thorny bushes, swampy wetlands, falling branches and the presence of wild animals. The park’s habitat is preserved as a natural ecological site where human intervention is reduced to a minimum. Fishing in Lake Ferretto falls under the responsibility of the applicant, the lake is 8 m deep and the rowing boat can only be used on request and if accompanied. Hunting is prohibited.
